A lot of people I know said driving was a chore but it’s not with Del, I don’t think there’s anyone else who can do it better. Patient, encouraging and supportive, in the car I always felt motivated. I just passed my test! Never thought I would,had a few driving Instructors over the years and never seemed to get anywhere! I am dyslexic so not a born driver, Del was very understanding and patient,he helped me come up with good techniques and strategies to combat this. Del was also very flexible,he will fit you in when he can. After having to wait months after my first test till being able to take the second test due to covid, Del helped me get up to speed quickly and I was well prepared to pass the second time. I have used DeL Driver Training (Derrick) to pass my Manual Driving Test and Theory. I started using DeL in late 2017/early 2018 and he was recommended by a friend of mine. Throughout the learning experience I found Del to be patient, understanding, funny and he generally made the whole process of learning to drive really fun and fluent. With his help I was able to pick the basics up quite quickly, he also referred me to the website "TheoryTest Pro" which enabled me to pass my Theory Test the first time! In October this year I successfully passed my practical test and I have now got a car, Del has made me become a safe and confident driver and I will be taking a Pass Plus course with him in the near future. I have been driving with del for about 8
months and I have to say that del is by far the best instructor I have been
